4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made using supported payment methods, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. The list of supported methods is subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed within your account dashboard. Withdrawals below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• jlmm ph aims to process withdrawal requests within three (3) business days of approval. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval during business hours.
• jlmm ph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

jlmm ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance. Bonus funds are used for wagering only and cannot be directly withdrawn.

Without limiting the foregoing, jlmm ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlmm ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by applicable Philippine law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
